Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan and Raita
Chicken tikka masala is a typical Indian dish made with spiced chicken, served with naan (Indian bread) and yoghurt-based raita. try also this strawberry cheesecake slice recipe too.
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts of approx. 120 g
2 cloves of garlic
2 chillies
180 g of plain yoghurt
salt
500 g of Tikka Masala sauce
2 naans of approx. 120 g (Indian focaccia)
½ bunch of coriander or chervil
1 tip of cumin knife

Divide the chicken breasts into six bites. Flavour the meat with crushed garlic. Halve the peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely. Mix with 3 tablespoons of yoghurt, grease the chicken and marinate for approx. 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Lightly salt the marinated chicken, transfer it to a pan and bake for 15 minutes. Stir in the Tikka Masala sauce and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180 ° C. Wet the naan with a few drops of water and cook them in the centre of the oven for 4-5 minutes. For the raita, finely chop the coriander and mix it with the remaining yoghurt. Finely pound the cumin in the mortar, mix it with the yoghurt and lightly salt.
